- User-Generated Content: Client information, project details, time entries, and invoices that you create within the app.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for analytics and troubleshooting.
- Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for personalized advertising.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the app's functionality
- Sync your data across devices (premium users)
- Display relevant advertisements
- Improve our services and user experience

Data Storage
Your data is stored in the following ways:
- Local Storage: By default, all your data is stored locally on your device.
- Cloud Storage: Premium users who enable cloud sync have their data stored securely on Google Firebase servers.

We use the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase: For user authentication and cloud data storage (premium users)
- Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements
- Apple App Store / Google Play: For processing in-app purchases
Advertising
We display advertisements through Google AdMob. You may see personalized ads based on your interests, or you can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience.

- Delete your account and associated data

Data Deletion Options
TrackPro provides you with flexible options to manage and delete your data directly within the app. You can access these options in Settings:
Option 1: Delete Cloud Data Only
If you want to keep your local data but remove your cloud-synced content:
- Go to Settings in the app
- Select "Delete Cloud Account"
- This will permanently delete your cloud account and all data stored on our servers (Firebase)
- Your local data (clients, projects, time entries, invoices) will remain on your device
- You can continue using the app offline with your existing local data
Option 2: Delete Local Data Only
If you want to clear your device data while keeping your cloud account:
- You can uninstall and reinstall the app to clear local data
- Alternatively, use your device's app settings to clear app data
- Your cloud account and synced data will remain available if you sign back in
Option 3: Delete All Data
To completely remove all your data from both your device and our servers:
- First, go to Settings and select "Delete Cloud Account" to remove all cloud data
- Then, uninstall the app or clear app data through your device settings to remove local data
- This will permanently delete all your information from both your device and our servers
Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before deleting.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
