Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the Jinndu: The Shaper's Duel mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application", "App", "Game" or "Service") for mobile devices that was created by Pender Gaming (hereby referred to as "Service Provider", "we", "us", "our"). This service is provided as a freemium game with optional in-app purchases and advertising.

Jinndu is a strategic 1v1 tactical card game where players take the role of powerful Genies who can shapeshift into various animal forms, manipulate environments, and cast powerful abilities in epic duels.

Important: This Application collects minimal personal information. Game progress is stored locally on your device. Advertising and in-app purchase services may collect certain data as described in this policy.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited information to provide game functionality and support monetization through ads and in-app purchases.

Game Data (Stored Locally)

The following game data is stored locally on your device using Shared Preferences:

Game Statistics: Win/loss records, games played, highest win streak
Game Settings: Sound preferences, tutorial completion status
Collection Progress: Which animal cards you've unlocked through gameplay or purchase
Premium Status: Whether you've purchased ad removal or other premium features

Note: This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. If you uninstall the app, this data will be deleted.

In-App Purchase Data

If you make purchases within the Application, we store locally:

Purchase Status: Records of which animal card packs or features you've purchased
Unlocked Content: Which premium animal cards and abilities you own
Ad-Free Status: Whether you've purchased ad removal

Note: We do NOT store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment information. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play's billing system or Apple's App Store.

Multiplayer Data (Firebase Services)

When you use the multiplayer features of the game, we collect and store the following data in Firebase Realtime Database:

Anonymous User ID: A unique identifier generated by Firebase Anonymous Authentication (no email or personal information required)
Username: The display name you choose for multiplayer matches
Game Match Data: Current game state, card plays, player actions, and match results during active multiplayer games
Match History: Records of wins/losses in multiplayer games
Timestamps: When games were created, started, and completed

Important: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which means you do NOT need to provide an email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information to play multiplayer. You are identified only by a randomly generated anonymous ID.

Data Retention: Multiplayer game data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database for the duration of active games and match history. Inactive game sessions may be automatically removed after 30 days.

Technical and Usage Data

We do not collect analytics or usage data beyond what is required for multiplayer game functionality. The app functions offline for single-player mode, and online only for multiplayer matches, advertising, and in-app purchase services.

The Application integrates with the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

Firebase Services (Google)

We use Firebase for multiplayer game functionality:

Firebase Anonymous Authentication: Creates a unique anonymous user ID without requiring personal information
Firebase Realtime Database: Stores multiplayer game data, usernames, and match results

Firebase is provided by Google and operates under Google's privacy policies. Firebase may collect:

Note: Your multiplayer game data (usernames, game states, match results) is visible to your opponents during matches. This data is stored temporarily in Firebase for the duration of the game and match history.

Purchase Records: Validated through Google Play / App Store when you restore purchases

Data Security

Your game data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's operating system security. We do not transmit game progress or personal information to external servers (except for ad serving and payment processing handled by Google/Apple).

Your Rights and Choices

Deletion

Clear Game Data: Use your device settings to clear app data or cache
Uninstall: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored game data
Note: Purchase records remain with Google Play / App Store and can be restored if you reinstall

Opt-Out of Personalized Ads

You can disable personalized advertising in your device settings as described in the "Google Mobile Ads" section above, or purchase ad removal through the in-app store.

Children's Privacy

Jinndu: The Shaper's Duel is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game:

Does not require account creation
Does not collect personal information
Contains fantasy card game content suitable for all ages
Contains in-app purchases
Contains advertising (unless removed via purchase)

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.

We will notify you of material changes by:

Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
