4.1 ExerciseDB API

We use the ExerciseDB API (via RapidAPI) to provide exercise demonstrations and instructions. This service provides:

Exercise GIF demonstrations
Exercise descriptions and instructions
Exercise categorization by muscle group and equipment

ExerciseDB API requests include only the exercise name being searched. No personal workout data or user information is shared with this service.

4.2 Google Mobile Ads

We use Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements in the free version of the app. Google may collect and use data according to their privacy policy:

Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data from your device

Your workout data remains on your device and is not transferred internationally. Exercise demonstration requests to the ExerciseDB API are made from your device and contain only the exercise name being searched, with no personal information.
